How much will postage cost?

We currently offer a flat rate postage charge of $12 for all orders within Australia.  We realise sometimes this may be more than the actual postage cost, most cases it is a lot less.  If you would like to purchase 1 or 2 sample items, please contact us about a reduced postage rate.  

How long will it take to despatch my order?
 
Most favours will be despatched within 3 business day unless otherwise stated on the item page.  Please check the processing time for personalised items as they can take from 2-4 weeks processing time. 
 
How long does delivery take?
 
Orders are despatched from Melbourne VIC so it all depends on your location.  If you would like an ETA please contact us and provide your suburb and postcode.


Do you ship via Australia Post or Courier?


We use Australia Post and couriers depending on the size and destination of your order.  All parcels sent have a tracking number and require a signature on delivery.  If you would like your parcel left if no one is home, please notify us at checkout and leave instructions where to leave your parcel.  Please note, we're not responsible for missing parcels if you select this option.

 
What if my order's urgent?
 
If you require your order urgently please check with us before ordering so we can ensure you'll receive it in time. 
 
Will I receive my order in time for my event?
 
Please let us know when your event date is by leaving a note in our comments box when checking out, if you want to be certain please contact us before placing your order.
 
Can I place an order if the item is out of stock?
 
If we don't have enough items in stock to fulfill your order, you will be notified when purchasing the item and you can choose to place your order on back order.  Please note back orders can take 2-4 weeks for delivery, only select this option if you're able to wait. 
 
What happens if there is going to be a delay with my order, will I be notified?
 
We try our best to have all orders despatched within the specified time frame.  Occasionally a situation may occur when a product is unavailable or we can't meet our required time frame, you will be notified straight away and be given the option to wait for your order or request a refund.

Will my confectionery be safe to order in the summer?
 
All confectionery is packed in thermal wrap during the warmer weather to protect it from the heat.  Our chocolates are usually sent via Express Post or Courier to avoid long transit times.  Please ensure if ordering chocolate during the warmer weather that you have it shipped to where someone home or a business address to avoid your parcel sitting out in the heat all day.  If possible order your chocolates early to avoid them being shipped in the heat, as they have a long best before date on them.
 
How should I store my chocolates until I need them?

 
Do not store your chocolate in the fridge as this will discolour the chocolate.  Store in a dry cool place such as a pantry until you're ready to use them.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?
 
Sorry we don't offer discounts.  We don't have tiered pricing levels, unlike other websites we offer the same low price to everyone whether you're buying 1 or 100 favours.  We are proud to sell low cost favours to everyone for the lowest price possible.
 
Can I purchase just one favour to see what it's like before I place a large order?
 
Absolutely!  If you're uncertain about a product we encourage you to purchase one as a sample.
